Get it . out of your head.
No matter how small it may seem, if you don’t want to do it again, or you’re asking someone else to do it… write it down.
This became abundantly clear that I had gotten lazy with this as we are hiring new team members. All the things that I had gotten sloppy not documenting are coming back to bite me, except this time I am learning and getting back on the saddle.
Even if it’s just scribbles or voice memos, get it out of your head and write it down, it makes everything much easier to accomplish and complete when it’s out of everyones heads an on a page.
PS: Writing it down can be a digital exercise… especially for someone like me who has painfully poor handwriting.
