Matt Mandell Bio

I Help Entrepreneurs build Self-Managed Businesses where they can be ReplacedMatt started his first company just before turning 13, over the 23 years since then I’ve owned or operated businesses that range from convenience stores and moving and storage, manufacturing and ecommerce with hundreds of employees and lots of contractors who live around the globe.

Matt has directed strategy of a $2.5B strategic procurement company and consults to government and private companies. In 2016 Matt sold Store4Summer.com, a college storage company and in 2012 sold DCSnacks.com, a late night food delivery company with over 50 employees delivering over 250,000 orders. He has operated companies in the food, logistics, technology, entertainment and consulting space.

Matt owns 2 eCommerce websites where all operations are automated based on processes he’s developed and has made himself replaceable using processes and systems.Raised in the suburbs of New York, Matt holds a degree in Psychology as well as an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. He currently spends most of his time in the New York Metro area but loves racking up frequent flyer miles.
